Frank's enthusiasm and willingness to help are evident in his favorite things to do at work - he enjoys being involved in various tasks and takes pride in keeping the yards clean and tidy. He's punctual and has excellent attendance, always eager to know the schedule and rarely calling out for work. This level of dedication has been noticed by his employment case manager, George, who attests to never hearing Frank complain about anything.
