Each group will be responsible for providing hygiene kit supplies (list will be sent once date is reserved). The Hygiene Kit Packing Party will take place at our office. This event is intended for a group of 12 to 15 people. Once that limit has been reached the event will no longer be open for reservation. More events will be scheduled in the future for reservation, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like to schedule a specific Hygiene Kit Packing Party.

We appreciate the pastors who serve the youth in our community! It’s our hope that our “Youth Mental Health Training for Youth Pastors” equips pastors in caring for the youth they are discipling. This training is instructed by our Director of Community Development, Becky Vanderzee, LCSW. More information and sign ups coming soon!

Aside from being excited to have another great establishment bringing business to downtown, The Nest Group of restaurants (The Nest - A Breakfast Joint & The Nest: También) have been longtime supporters of KCB. This coming Tuesday The Nest: También will be kicking off their Grand Opening festivities with a day focused on raising awareness and donations for KCB!

The Bellflower Community Christmas Store is a collaboration between KCB, Caring Connections, and several local churches to provide a dignified shopping experience for parents who struggle to buy their kids high-quality gifts to unwrap on Christmas morning. With the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Christmas Store has adjusted their operations to meet safety guidelines and CDC recommended public health protocol.
